Making a plain jacket takes about 1 to 2 weeks. If you add special patches or designs, it might take 2 to 3 weeks. After we finish making your jacket, we'll send it to you and shipping takes 3-4 working days.

Usually customized jackets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable. We cut and sew jackets based on your color selection and embroideries. When jacket is ready to ship, we share photos with customer to get approval on the jacket. We encourage you to review the photos carefully before granting approval.
